My Vodacom App Reviews

It was a great app before the update. Now every time I log into the app it gives me an error message. Some how it looks like it still works but I cannot be sure. Please fix this bug. Its really annoying. Before the update it was an amazing app. It gave me all the info I needed for my contract.

Thats what happens when you live in a country where companies are forced to employ according to race and not brains.

Always thought the app was great! But now its even better the new widget is fantastic!!! Well done guys

Hey VodaCom! That was an awesome move forward. I love the today widget. Really impressed. One thing that can improve is adding 3D Touch to buy data or airtime...

Brilliant idea for the widget, but its a bit too demanding on processing power. Im using an iPhone 6 and when I scroll in today view, it drops frames. I cant imagine what that will be doing to my battery life on a daily basis.

Bug: the app tells me I dont have enough airtime for data purchase so I cant use it to buy data that costs more than R248.50. It is miscalculating this by checking how much I pay each month instead of actual airtime balance.

Why break the app? Now I cannot check info for linked numbers, and how will it send the otp to data sim??? Basics Vodacom BASICS! And when I try buy airtime it repeatedly says Validate order failed???

Youve broken a great app by forcing users to turn off wifi to check their balances - the old version was able to handle this , so why change it ?

Have to turn off wifi to log into app. Cant log into vodacom router from my phone app anymore and sending a otp to router number doesnt work obviously . Old app worked perfectly. New update is terrible

Whats the point in having to turn off wifi to use the app Also always says some information not available - why cant it just work properly first time

iPhone 6s 9.2 software Rebooted reinstalled wifi cellular no difference. Dont know where to report. Needs urgent update

Pls fix your app. Its useless in its current state.

Please add ability to hide/show data,voice, sms usage categories in the widget view separately.

Doesnt allow me to log in, eve. otp, forget password features doesnt work! Keeps saying "system is currently unavailable, try again later"

Have installed this app 3 times now. Absolutely useless

This is a complete waste of data and time as this simply doesnt work.

I use it mainly to check data balances and transfer data and airtime to my kids It hardly ever works Terrible app

This is the third time that the app does not reflect the true amount of data available. What is the point of an app if it is not accurate! Dont trust the app balances.

Black screen after starting. How does this app get approved? Vodacom does not have working bundle management via phone, web or app.
